Literature Text
I do not dare to speak of family
When yours was torn apart so suddenly
I do not dare to speak of funerals
When you had to bury several friends
I do not speak of depressions and mental issues
When your demons had almost got you killed
I do not speak of the darkness I am fighting
Compared to your hell it's merely a shade
You all have faced greater horrors
Than I can ever imagine
I never felt such intense pain
I never was already dying
What right do I have to be weak
When you survived so much worse?
When yours was torn apart so suddenly
I do not dare to speak of funerals
When you had to bury several friends
I do not speak of depressions and mental issues
When your demons had almost got you killed
I do not speak of the darkness I am fighting
Compared to your hell it's merely a shade
You all have faced greater horrors
Than I can ever imagine
I never felt such intense pain
I never was already dying
What right do I have to be weak
When you survived so much worse?

History Is Never Made By Those Who Behave
We are taught of former glories
The burden of our history
Weighs heavy on infant shoulders
As it does our enemies
But I feel safe and protected
On this the day of the Moon
Unlike the remaining six days
When impending horror consumes
Wind chill woes on the moors this morn
Freedom spoke in a foreign tongue
I did not understand her chants
Percussion did not help her song
The stench of death, the drums of war
In time with the beat my heart gave
History is never written
By the flocks that choose to behave
So raise hell but come together
Unite as we are all the same
Keep the lion's heart within you
Your fiery temper learn to tame

Forever More
Forever More
It's said true friendship is strong

And the green begins to fade
Look beyond the withered leaf
See past the fading green
Look down into the soil
Where strong roots do grow.
I can hear dry branches cracking
And all the oncoming storms
Black clouds darkening the sky
Are we strong enough to prevail?
Though the branches may crack
As the winds bend them back
Look beyond the darkening clouds
The rays of the sun can be found.
I don't want to lose what we had.
I don't want to see it die.
But the wind takes the leaves away.
A barren skeleton is w

Someday
Maybe someday you'll love someone who doesn't love you back
Feel the emptiness of missing someone who just doesn't miss you
You'll do everything for this person and it still won't be enough
Hold them when they cry
Listen when they need to talk
Understand when they get upset
Make them laugh just to see them smile
But it's not going to make them love you back
Maybe someday you'll find the person who makes you happier than anyone ever has
The one you can't see yourself without
Who makes it difficult to imagine yourself with anyone else
And then they'll leave
They won't feel the same way and disappear
Maybe someday you'll wake up thi

A poem with a deep meaning inside it. I enjoyed it. Yet another great piece!
